President Prabowo Subianto recently delivered a crucial briefing during the ‘National Conference of Indonesian Kadin Unity Consolidation’ that took place at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Jakarta. The event marked the inauguration of Anindya Novyan Bakrie as the Chairman of Kadin Indonesia for the 2024-2029 term, along with M. Arsjad Rasjid P.M. as the Chairman of the Advisory Board for the same period.
In his address, President Prabowo praised Kadin for its efforts in promoting unity amidst complex global dynamics. He emphasized the importance of solidarity in helping Indonesia navigate challenges in the global geopolitical, geoeconomic, and geostrategic landscape. The President also highlighted the need for collaboration among Indonesian entrepreneurs to boost the nation’s prosperity.
Additionally, President Prabowo underscored the significance of developing a skilled and ethical human resource base as a cornerstone of national advancement. He urged entrepreneurs to support government initiatives aimed at fostering investment acceleration and innovation in various sectors. The President emphasized the pivotal role of a dynamic Kadin comprising of forward-thinking, innovative, and collaborative entrepreneurs in propelling Indonesia’s development.
Furthermore, President Prabowo reiterated his administration’s commitment to policies that prioritize the nation and its citizens’ interests. The event was graced by prominent figures such as the Minister of Investment and Downstream, Chairman of the Honorary Board of Kadin Indonesia Rosan Roeslani, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya. Anindya Novyan Bakrie and M. Arsjad Rasjid P.M, the newly inaugurated leaders of Kadin Indonesia, were also present to mark the occasion.
